And something with mild flavor . Heber City doesnt have fluoride in the water. There are many simple toothpaste recipes on the internet. Not trying to be super-negative, just informative. The sodium fluoride found in fluoridated toothpaste is NOT natural fluoride. Activated charcoal every day and night! I kept second guessing myself if they really were whiter but then (without saying anything to him) my husband who NEVER notices teeth said wow you have such white teeth. I have to say, I do have less sensitivity! I know, because i have stupidly left some on my teeth and it caused them to start to rot! Wow, Samantha! Ive switched to coconut oil, baking soda, tumeric, and some peppermimt oil for favour.i have also changed to a soft toothbrush. i tried to tell her that it causes all sorts of health problems and is poisonous but she didnt believe me. Sally, my brother had sensitive teeth, since hes using Uncle Harrys, toothpaste no more sensitivity:) I think the spearmint and the peppermint are very spicy, BUT that doesnt mess with the gums but the tongue. LOL! essential oils, Real Salt, and nano silver until we landed on the perfect Earthpaste
