I have filed a case against the return but days have passed and Ive only received bs automated responses. When you want to reactivate the listing, just follow the same steps and select For Sale. Then you have to wait 3 days for your funds to be released. I sold her two UD sprays, a Too Faced palette that I had used and decided I didnt want, and a Kat Von D blush Id found at TJ Maxx. No negotiating, do not make lower offers. I try not to get upset about stuff like that but sometimes I do bc in all my listing I clearly State no low-ball offers will be acknowledged so when they do it they deserve to get blocked!! The sellers on there have a much higher chance of actually shipping my stuff. The buyer has to provide photo proof showing how the item does not match the listing description. I was on Etsy for four years, sold 1500+ items, all it takes is one bad apple customer to complain and shut down your shop permanently. Interesting how that works I thought you were innocent until proven guilty but on Poshmark you are Guilty until proven innocent . (And I spend less time doing that than the all the sharing and parties on Poshmark!). The strap of one shoe was completely rubbed off as though sandpaper was taken to them. I am sincerely hoping that with the recently increased success of the customer service team, that we will be successful in getting our Poshmark back to the way it was meant to be with perhaps some more appropriate commission fees. Thanks for the comment! The bad thing about this is the other Poshmark accounts are basically wanting a sell more than wanting to make a purchase. An thats what this women did !!! I have since had two additional sales that have five star ratings so but I feel that it is irrelevant to Posh. I explained that I bought a Free People jacket and it was too small. I like the app as a seller, but the buyer experience leaves a lot to be desired. Im surprised I continued. Ive been going round and round with them. I getting back to my life now. Thank you. Geez! They havent responded to me in months now! I dont know too many things that are just off about POSH! Ive only had one person open a claim and Poshmark denied it. Sadly no. Im listing to make more than a few bucks! I requested to see evidence pictures and posh sent them to me.instantly knew I was in for trouble with this one.
